What’s happening on the day

Youth cooking competition: Team up with a mate and test your culinary skills on the day. 

How to take part: All registrations to participate in this event have now closed. All competition details, including prizes up for grabs can be found here.

The competition will be divided into several rounds: starting with a master class preliminary round - learn a signature main and dessert dish to recreate; followed by the cooking competition. A bonus round offers contestants an extra challenge to add special ingredients to their dishes. 

You'll work with an experienced chef + the GG Social, along with valuable feedback from judges who will evaluate your dishes based on taste, presentation, and creativity.

Special guest: Minoli De Silva from MasterChef
