Financial hardship arrangements are available for residential ratepayers in accordance with Council’s Rates Concession Policy FIN17.
Assistance available includes:
- Support for owner occupied and rental residential property owners.
- Waiving interest and ceasing recovery action when a ratepayer enters into and maintains a payment arrangement.
- In the instance a payment arrangement is not possible, the ability to apply for a 3-month deferral.
