Development Guidelines are provided for the information of developers of projects in the City of Palmerston.

The guidelines provide an overview of approvals and permits required for development, and provide minimum standards acceptable to the City of Palmerston for the planning of a new development, as well as the layout, design and construction of roads, stormwater drainage, street and pathway lighting, pathways, driveways, open space, and ancillary items.

City of Palmerston has adopted the NT Subdivision Development Guidelines as issued August 2020 and including future amendments.

The City of Palmerston Development Guidelines issued June 2015, will no longer be updated and will only be used for issues not covered in the NT Subdivision Development Guidelines.
