Gray Community Hall is the perfect space for all functions and events – as well as dance lessons, workshops, meetings and activities!

Location: Corner of Essington Avenue and Victoria Drive, Gray

Facilities and Amenities

  • 14 tables and 70 chairs available, shared across both spaces
  • Main indoor function space (maximum capacity: 125 people)
  • Secondary indoor function/meeting space (maximum capacity: 25 people)
  • Full kitchen equipped with fridge, oven, dishwasher, portable urn, kettle and microwave
  • Veranda space with high ceiling fans
  • Internal access-compliant toilets

Maximum venue capacity: 150 people. Please see above for room capacities.

Events and Functions must be concluded by 11pm. 

Fees and Charges

Main Function Space
Private/Parties/Business/Government use*: $60.00 per hour / $300.00 per day
Not-For-Profit use: FREE

Meeting Space
Private/Parties/Business/Government use*: $40.00 per hour / $200.00 per day
Not-For-Profit use: FREE

*A refundable deposit of $125.00 is required for all venue bookings.

Due to high demand, long-term, recurring bookings will NOT be accepted during the following peak times:
