Due to a lack of Quorum at 6pm the Chairperson adjourned the meeting until Thursday 6 February 2025 at 5:30pm in Council Chambers, in accordance with Palmerston (Procedures for Meetings) Bylaws 2003, Part 2 Section 5 (3)
