City of Palmerston is seeking a qualified landscaping company to undertake the ongoing cleaning and maintenance of landscaped areas including; both hard and soft scapes, amenities and structures in parks, recreational areas, planted median strips, roundabouts, roadside verges, and landscaped buffer strips.

The contract will be Schedule of Rates for a period of 3 years.

Scope of works within these asset areas include (but are not limited to):

• Litter collection including green waste and hard waste, regardless of origin
• Pruning shrubs and ground cover
• Weed management, including chemical application
• Mulching
• Pest management
• Playground inspection, cleaning and maintenance
• Barbecue inspection, cleaning and maintenance
• Cleaning and minor maintenance of all park structures
• Graffiti removal
• Native area maintenance
• Drain maintenance
• Vegetations removal along fence lines, paved areas and hardstands
• Reporting of all activities planned and undertaken

The contract for the Municipal Landscaping - Palmerston East has been awarded to Programmed Property Services Pty Ltd for an estimated annual value of $806,770.51 including GST for a period of 3 years.
