UPDATE: Unfortunately due to the current lockdown, the final Youth Game Development Program will be cancelled.

Dylan Bennett from Larrakin Interactive will be running a pilot youth game development program for Palmerston.

The program will run over 8 weeks with the goal of creating a playable prototype ready for Geekfest Top End 2021. 

Sessions will cover:

• C# Coding
• How to use Unity Game Software
• Best practice game design techniques

Ideally, participants need a Laptop so they can work in session and outside of session times. If you do not have one please let Dylan know when you arrive. 

Any games completed by 8 July 2021 will be showcased at Geekfest Top End in a Game Testing Space. Participants experienced in using alternative game development software are welcome to use this to develop their game.
