Each year, Council conducts a Community Satisfaction Survey to gauge feedback from the community on how Council is performing through a series of questions aimed around the services Council provides.

It is an opportunity for the community to provide feedback on the things which matter to them, by letting us know what we are doing well, and what we could be doing better.

This year’s survey was consistent with 2019, allowing respondents to provide detailed responses which will indicate what they value as most important. The format also will ensure Council can measure changes in sentiment and data trends.

A series of additional questions were added to identify topical issues and opportunities and can be changed each year depending on community and Council priorities.

Market research agency, Colmar Brunton were commissioned to undertake the survey which was conducted through a combination of phone and online responses.

The survey closed on Monday 31 August 2020. The final report will be made available on this page by October 2020.
