We've extended Geekfest Top End into a full two day celebration! Get a deeper dive into the geek world we love! Whether you’re belting out your favourite tune at karaoke, showing off your skills in gaming tournaments, or putting your brain to the test in fandom trivia, there’s something for every geek to enjoy.
Meet and learn from local leaders in comics, cosplay, gaming, and more. Hear how they're making an impact in the industry and don’t miss the chance to ask your burning questions.
With immersive experiences out of this universe, this geek celebration is one not to be missed!

Jurassic World Rebirth (2025) – CTC : Collect a card from City of Palmerston table, engage with three activities to receive a stamp, return your card to trade your card for a ticket. One per person.
Howl’s Moving Castle (2004) – PG: A Studio Ghibli classic returns to cinemas. Directed by Hayao Miyazaki. One free session, tickets limited.
Pixels (2015) – PG: Family favourite featuring classic arcade chaos. Starring Adam Sandler and Peter Dinklage. One free session, tickets limited.

Pre-registration comps:
- Reel Quick
- Show off your creativity on the big screen by submitting a short film about anything geeky. Whether it’s sci-fi, gaming, comics, tech, cosplay or your unique fandom, for a chance to have it screened in a real cinema. Grab your camera, get imaginative and show us what geeky means to you. Films must be between 30 seconds and 2 minutes.
