Palmerston will join towns and regions across the nation in welcoming our newest Australian citizens as part of Australia Day 2018 celebrations.

Since the completion of the 2016/17 Annual Report, the Chief Executive Officer, Director of Corporate Services, and the Finance Manager have reviewed the 2017/18 budget including the costs of salaries and benefits for staff at the City of Palmerston.

Nominations to stand as a candidate for the 2018 City of Palmerston elections open on Friday 2 February and close on 22 February 2018.
