Palmerston residents will have another chance to enrich their garden soil, as City of Palmerston will be offering a second round of free mulch this weekend.

Following its ordinary meeting on Tuesday 15 May, Council has released its draft Municipal Plan 2018-2023 for community feedback.

Palmerston residents who hold a NT Seniors or Age Pensioners Concession Card, are able to request the City of Palmerston to deliver a free load of mulch to their property.
