City of Palmerston is seeking a suitably qualified contractor to undertake grounds maintenance across the municipality.

The contract will be Schedule of Rates for a period of 3 years.

The services required under the Contract will include but not limited to;

• Mowing and slashing of grass within parks, ovals, open drains, verges
• Removal of grass clippings
• Trimming, edging and removal of grass around trees, obstacles, along fence lines, park structures, furniture, signs, bollards, and bridges.
• Removal of litter within service area, including branches, palm fronds, litter
• Customer service
• Traffic management
• WH&S and risk management
• Reporting requirements

The contract fort he Grounds Maintenance has been awarded to Programmed Property Services Pty Ltd for an estimated annual value of $1,597,381.50 including GST for a period of 3 years.
