The development of Zuccoli and surrounds’ new community hub is just around the corner, and City of Palmerston is calling on residents, business owners and community members of Zuccoli and surrounding suburbs to have their say on this exciting new development.

Palmerston is “A Place for People” and this proposed new community hub will provide a wide range of fun, versatile and purpose-built facilities all in one place to create a space where residents of the area can come together to relax, connect and share experiences.

Zuccoli is the fastest growing suburb in Palmerston. To continue servicing the expanding community, City of Palmerston is developing a portion of the approximately 46.95 hectares of Crown land granted to them by the Northern Territory Government into an exciting multipurpose community
hub.

City of Palmerston has engaged local architects, Rossi Architects to develop the hubs ambitious master plan with the initial development, including a large off-leash dog park and new inclusive amenities, kicking off this year.

The proposed hub will have family friendly and all ages attractions, including a community event space, children’s library, community centre, bush walking trails, a skate park and the largest pump track in Northern Australia.

Community consultation is the crucial next step in this proposed five-year development and obtaining community support and feedback will ensure Zuccoli remains the centre of family and community connection in Palmerston.

Consultation opens today Thursday, 7 October and will run until to Friday, 12 November.
