City of Palmerston is offering one (1) lucky Palmerston resident and 10 of their family and friends the opportunity to experience exclusive access to Palmerston's Swimming, Wellness, Events, Leisure, and Lifestyle precinct before it opens to the public on the 17^th of December.

The winners will have the $19.4 million facility at their disposal, being the very first to experience the brand new space! SWELL Palmerston promises a little something for everyone, from the young ones through to the adults.

To enter the First Splash competition, you must be a Palmerston resident and sign up to the City of Palmerston's newsletter by midnight on Friday, 17th November.

“The First Splash competition is a great opportunity for Palmerston families as the SWELL precinct offers something for every family member. I encourage the community to participate and enter the competition for a chance to win” said Mayor, Athina Pascoe-Bell.
