City of Palmerston welcomes the myPalmerston discount voucher scheme back for 2022. Get ready to start saving around Palmerston, set to go live from 14 March 2022, and with a now increased overall value of $600,000.
City of Palmerston is partnering with the Northern Territory Government (NTG) to deliver myPalmerston 2022 with Council contributing a total of $200,000 and NTG $400,000, a 2:1 generous investment from NTG. myPalmerston 2022 is expected to inject upwards of $3,000,000 into the Palmerston local economy.
Registrations for Palmerston businesses to participate are now open at my.palmerston.nt.gov.au.
Not only is the process simple, but it is free! Those businesses who took part in previous rounds, will need to re-activate their account online, with new businesses welcome to join in on the myPalmerston scheme.
You don’t have to be a Palmerston local, or even an NT local to take advantage of myPalmerston. Vouchers are available to everyone 18 years and over, and each customer will receive a total of $40.00 worth of voucher discounts per day which are refreshed every 24 hours. Voucher discounts apply as follows:
• Two voucher discounts worth $2.50 each, when spending $10 in each transaction
• one voucher discount worth $5.00, when spending $20
• one voucher discount worth $10.00, when spending $40 and
• one voucher discount worth $20.00, when spending $80.
“Council have been able to support our local economy with initiatives such as free parking, free community facility-hire as well as our generous community grants program, so it’s great to also have the additional monetary support to roll out the myPalmerston program in 2022,” Mayor Athina Pascoe-Bell said. “It is free for businesses and customers to participate, and I encourage everyone to get on board.”
Registrations for business can be done online at my.palmerston.nt.gov.au. Once commenced, the program will run until all funds from the $600,000 pool have been expended. Regular updates will be provided on City of Palmerston’s website palmerston.nt.gov.au and social media accounts @PalmerstonNT.
