“With Christmas looking a little different in 2020, we wanted to provide Palmerston with a free, end of year celebration to boost morale, support local businesses and bring the community together.” The Mayor said.

The opening of Goyder Square will also feature the lighting of the Christmas tree, which will be streamed on Facebook Live at 5pm, as a Virtual Event for all to enjoy.

There will be lots of Christmas games, fitness programs and activities on offer at the Palmerston Swimming and Fitness Centre including a Christmas Pool Party, free morning tea and daily competitions.
