City of Palmerston is seeking suitably qualified civil contractors to be part of a panel contract for a period of 5 years. The contract will encompass a range of services, including the maintenance, supply, and installation of civil assets, as well as responsible removal and environmentally sound disposal of materials.

The scope of works includes but is not limited to:

• Minor civil and road works, repairs, replacements, and upgrades.
• Earthworks and material supply.
• City maintenance, pressure washing, and herbicide of road reserves.
• Stormwater investigation, repairs, installation, and subsoil drainage.
• Concrete, footpaths, driveways, kerbs, concrete patching, concrete grinding.
• Pavement, pothole repairs, new pavements.
• Road furniture and signage replacement and installation.
• Traffic management.
• Project management/site management of minor civil works.
• Hire of various plant & operators.
