The contract to facilitate and report on City of Palmerston’s annual Community Satisfaction Survey 2026 has been awarded to Micromex Systems Pty Ltd for an estimated amount of $62,095 including GST. 

The scope of work includes:

• Start up meeting with Council staff.
• Reviewing past survey results and reports.
• Reviewing survey content.
• Survey refinement and approval.
• Survey of a minimum 600 residents via phone, plus additional online surveys.
• Regular progress reports.
• Provision of full survey results reports (draft and final version).
• Provision of summary report with infographics / charts / key results.
