Zuccoli Community Hub - Stage 3

We’re inviting you to join the conversation on the next stage of the Zuccoli Community Hub.

We’re planning new buildings and outdoor spaces designed for events, programs and everyday use.

The concept design includes:

  • A community hall for events, performances and gatherings (up to 400 people) 
  • Flexible program and meeting spaces for community groups, training and small business 
  • Modern library-style and learning spaces 
  • Playground and other elements 

This is your chance to tell us:

Project status

This project is currently in the design phase. Funding for construction of the buildings ($13M in total) is anticipated, with construction expected to commence in 2027. Your feedback will help ensure the design is ready when funding becomes available.
