We've rallied our mates and we are holding a FREE International Men's Day (IMD) event at the Palmerston Recreation Centre.
Join us for a free BBQ breakfast, men’s walk, local stallholders and an irrigation workshop thanks to Power and Water. This is a perfect time to come together to connect and celebrate the positive contributions of men and boys in our community. There will be prizes to give away.
IMD provides the opportunity to celebrate the men and boys in our lives, while raising awareness about men's health issues, gender equality and ways we can all create a safer world. The day also encourages positive male role models and promotes discussions about issues that affect men, such as mental health, suicide rates and parental alienation. 2025 theme is “Supporting Men and Boys.”
Everyone is welcome to attend.
