👴 Aged Care Hub Session 👵

The information session will provide an overview on how older people can access aged care services and supports to navigate the system. 

There will be a summary of upcoming changes to aged care including details on the new Aged Care Act, and the new Support at Home program that will replace the Home Care Packages
Program and the Short-Term Restorative Care (STRC) Program from 1 November 2025.   

These sessions are run by the Aged Care Specialist Officer from Services Australia on Thursday 18th September and by the Department of Health, Disability and Ageing on Thursday 25th September. 

A joint session with both the Aged Care Specialist Officer from Services Australia and the Department of Health, Disability and Ageing on Thursday 9th October 2025.
