Aged Care Information Session

Join the Department of Health, Disability and Ageing, Northern Territory team for an information session on Commonwealth funded in-home aged care supporting older people to stay independent and at home for longer.  
 

The information session will provide an overview on how older people can access aged care services and supports to navigate the system. There will be a summary of upcoming changes to aged care including details on the new Aged Care Act, and the new Support at Home program that will replace the Home Care Packages Program and the Short-Term Restorative Care (STRC) Program from 1 November 2025.
