Library 5 year Master Plan

We’ve developed a draft Palmerston Library 5 Year Master Plan and we’d love your feedback.

This Plan shows how we’ll deliver library services across Palmerston through to 2030. It’s based on what we’ve already heard from the community through earlier consultation.

The Plan includes upgrades to our main library, more outreach services, better digital access, and programs that support learning, creativity and community connection.

Now we’re asking you to review the draft and let us know what you think.

Consultation is open until 24 June 2025.
