Celebrating 10 years together!!

This year, Brekkie in the Park is celebrating its 10-year anniversary, giving community members the opportunity to connect with their local parks, enjoy a free breakfast and take part in healthy and active experiences in a relaxed and family friendly environment. 

Sunday 17 May 

Hobart Park, Hobart Crescent, Johnston

  • Coffee available for purchase from Seashells 

Activities: Storytime with our Library, Tip Top Circus Playscape, SoccaJoeys, Pilates, Qalmolmi Art, Kajal Patal Art. Chat to our Rangers and Environmental team, Neighbourhood Watch Territory Community Safety Officers &NBN Health Checks. 

Sunday 21 June  

Gray Community Hall/Harvest Corner (cnr Essington Ave and Vitoria Drive, Gray) 

  • Brekkie provided by STEPS 

  • Coffee available for purchase from Luva Cuppa 

Activities: Storytime, Tip Top Rad Reptile, Kajal Art, Face Painting, Healthy Living NT Mini Movers. Chat to our Rangers and Environmental team & Neighbourhood Watch. 

Sunday 19 July 

Zuccoli Pump Track, Tuckeroo Boulevard and Feathertop Circuit in Zuccoli 

  • Brekkie provided by Palmerston Lions Club 

  • Coffee: To celebrate Plastic Free July, Luva Cuppa will be giving away the first 100 standard coffees to people who bring a reusable cup. 

Make the most of the pump track: Bring your bike, scooter or skateboard, and don’t forget your helmet.  

Activities: Storytime, Tip Top Petting Zoo, Pilates, SoccaJoeys, Qalmolmi Facepainting and Art. Chat to: our Rangers and Environmental team, Neighbourhood Watch, Road Safety NT & Satellite City BMX Club.

All events run from 8am until 10am.

Free community event and all are welcome

Remember a hat, sunscreen, extra water and a picnic blanket.

Pets (must be kept on a lead and under effective control at all times), scooters, skateboards and bikes all welcome.
