What to expect

Step into the world where light meets imagination! In this dynamic one-day workshop, you’ll discover the art of 3D projection mapping - a powerful technique that transforms physical objects into animated, illuminated experiences.

Guided by Shane Eecen from Northern Lights NT, you’ll learn how to design and project visuals onto a 3D surface with two distinct projection planes. This hands-on session blends creativity and tech, offering you a chance to explore animation, spatial design, and projection software in a supportive, collaborative experience.

By the end of the day, you’ll produce your own or collaborate as a team to create, a 60 second projection-mapped piece.

No experience needed, just curiosity.  All equipment provided.

Perfect for artists, designers, students, and anyone eager to experiment with light and story in a whole new dimension.
