The City of Palmerston Draft Creative Industries Plan sets out Council’s commitment to building on foundational strengths and growing sustainable creative industries in Palmerston. 

The draft plan focusses on converting strategic cultural assets into a creative force to build a thriving, diverse, creative community fostering high levels of community and social well-being. This was developed in consultation with a broad range of arts practitioners, organisations and community members from Palmerston and surrounds.
