Each year, Council conducts a Community Satisfaction Survey to collect feedback from the community on how Council is performing though a series of questions about the services Council provides.

It is an opportunity for the community to provide feedback on the things which matter to them, by letting us know what we are doing well, and what we could be doing better.

Market research agency, Kantar have been commissioned to undertake the survey in 2022 which is being conducted through a combination of telephone and online surveys.

Kantar will be contacting people who live in the City of Palmerston through randomly generated numbers from the local area, and welcome feedback from anyone who is aged 18+ and lives in the area.
