City of Palmerston is seeking to engage a suitably qualified Construction Company for the redevelopment of the SWELL (Swimming Wellness Events Living & Lifestyle) Complex. 
The centre is set to see a complete face lift which is to include the following:
•    Refurbishment of 50m pool
•    Construction of a warm water program pool
•    Leisure Pool – Kids zero depth play area
•    Adventure zone
•    Basketball half court
•    Events area, and
•    Improvement to existing facilities.

This is a fixed price contract and not subject to rise and fall.
