Council is seeking feedback on the recently revised Council Policy AD04 Lease of Council Property.

The purpose of this policy is to ensure that leases are awarded and administered in a way that is fair, consistent and transparent in accordance with Council’s legislative obligations.

Council is also committed to promoting development of Palmerston and the ongoing provision of community services.
