My pop-up dining operation is
Refer to the City of Palmerston Pop-Up Dining Information kit for details on gourmet food requirements.  Note that you will also need to upload a detailed menu and photographs of the food later in this application.

If your application is successful, you must obtain a registration of a Food business for the mobile food business and be inspected before commencing operation under the city of Palmerston Pop-Up Dining Trial.

Supporting documents need to be provided as part of your application.  Please attach the following documents to support your application:

A minimum of 4 and maximum of 12 images of the set up are to be provided. Views from all angles are required to help illustrate the look and feel of the mobile food business. You must also include one logo image and one cover photo that can be used to promote your operation on the City of Palmerston website.
Maximum 12 files.
Allowed types: jpg jpeg webp png heif heics pdf.
10 MB limit per file. The accumulated size of all files in this form cannot exceed 200 MB.
Provide a sample menu of the foods that will be offered.
Maximum 5 files.
Allowed types: jpg jpeg webp png heif heics pdf.
100 MB limit per file. The accumulated size of all files in this form cannot exceed 200 MB.
