Meet Your Local Filming Opportunity- EOI

Meet Your Local is a City of Palmerston business awareness campaign that showcases local businesses through a series of short videos. The campaign aims to strengthen community connections, celebrate local success stories, and promote Palmerston as a great place to invest, work and do business. 

Local businesses are invited to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) to be featured in the campaign. Selected businesses will have the opportunity to share their story, highlight their contribution to the local economy, and increase awareness of their products and services to encourage residents to support local.  

Limited places are available and eligible businesses are not guaranteed selection. Selected businesses will be chosen in alignment with the Palmerston Local Economic Plan. 

Eligibility Criteria:

To be eligible, businesses must: 

  • Have a registered ABN. 
  • Be independently operating and have been operating within Palmerston for a minimum of two (2) years.
  • Must not be part of a franchise.
  • Have a physical, permanent base established in Palmerston. 
  • Actively employ local Territorians. 
  • Be available to participate in filming between mid to late November 2026.
Does your business hold all current and relevant licenses, compliance requirements, and insurance?
E.g. Construction, Information Media and Telecommunications, Manufacturing, etc. 
E.g. is your business actively engaged in economic activity in Palmerston? Can you demonstrate a positive contribution to the Palmerston community and local economy?  
Can you commit to participating in filming between mid to late November 2026?
