1.    The information provided in this application is true and correct.
2.    I have not received any other funding through the Community Funding Program during the current financial year.
3.    Any funding awarded will be used only for the purpose outlined in this application.
4.    I will notify City of Palmerston if I am unable to participate in the approved activity.
5.    I will acknowledge City of Palmerston's support and provide evidence of that acknowledgement.
6.    I agree to provide photos from the activity where reasonably possible and grant permission for City of Palmerston to use these images for promotional, reporting and community recognition purposes.
7.    I understand that funding may be recovered if false or misleading information has been provided, I am found to be ineligible, or the funded activity does not proceed.
