Every year, we conduct a Community Satisfaction Survey to gather feedback on how we're performing and where we can improve. This survey covers a range of questions about the services that we provide and is a valuable opportunity for residents to share their thoughts on what we’re doing well and what could be improved.
Your feedback helps us understand what matters most to the people of Palmerston. By sharing your views, you help us plan and deliver services that meet your needs.
The survey is being carried out by Verian, an independent research agency, through both phone and online surveys. Palmerston residents aged 18 and over may be contacted via randomly generated local phone numbers. Verian is collecting responses across key demographic groups to ensure the results reflect the makeup of our community. After answering questions about your age, gender or location, the survey may end if your group is already well represented. Your input is important and we encourage you to complete the survey online.
The survey takes approximately 20 minutes to complete. We encourage all eligible residents to participate and share their thoughts, helping us to continue delivering valued services and projects to the community.
