Every year, we conduct a Community Satisfaction Survey to gather feedback on our performance. This survey includes a range of questions about the services that we provide and is a valuable opportunity for residents to share their opinions on what Council is doing well and what could be improved.

It is an opportunity for the community to provide feedback on the things which matter to them, by letting us know what we are doing well, and what we could be doing better.

The data collection is being carried out by Verian, a market research agency, using both telephone and online surveys. Residents of City of Palmerston, aged 18 and over, may be contacted through randomly generated local phone numbers.

We will be contacting people who live in City of Palmerston through randomly generated numbers from the local area, and welcome feedback from anyone who is aged 18+ and lives in the area. 

The survey takes approximately 20 minutes to complete. We encourage all eligible residents to participate and share their feedback, helping us to continue delivering valued services and projects to the community.
