The contract for the Playground Refurbishment at Marlow Lagoon and Sanctuary Lakes has been awarded to NT Shade and Canvas Pty Ltd for a maximum value of $1,210,000.00 including GST. 

The scope of works will include (but not be limited to) the following;

• Demolition of existing playground equipment and associated infrastructure.
• Design for new accessible and diverse playground equipment and associated infrastructure.
• Supply and installation of new playground equipment, subsoil drainage, soft fall, and pathways.
• Rectification of landscaping, irrigation and any construction damages.
