Submissions must be lodged electronically via tenderlink.com and received in the electronic tender box prior to the prescribed closing time. 

Council tenders are also advertised on our website and in the NT News, with successful tender published online.

About the process

Council will give fair and equitable consideration to all prospective suppliers wishing to do business with Council. To assess best value, all price and non-price factors that are significant to the specific procurement activity need to be considered.

These may include but are not limited to the following:

  • Price;
  • Performance;
  • Technical expertise;
  • Quality;
  • Financial stability;
  • Timeliness;
  • Compliance; and
  • Local Factors

Within the tender process, it is Council’s preference to assess best value through the use of a tender evaluation team combined with a weighted scored assessment criteria.
