The panel for the Minor Civil Works Panel Contract has been awarded to:

• JLM Contracting Services Pty Ltd for an estimated annual value of $623,333.33 including GST for a period of 5 years. 
• Mousellis and Sons Pty Ltd for an estimated annual value of $623,333.33 including GST for a period of 5 years. 
• N & M Klidaras Nominees Pty Ltd for an estimated annual value of $623,333.33 including GST for a period of 5 years. 

The estimated total maximum annual value of the contracts is $1,870,000.00 including GST. 

The contract will encompass a range of services, including but is not limited to:

• Minor civil and road works, repairs, replacements, and upgrades.
• Earthworks and material supply.
• City maintenance, pressure washing, and herbicide of road reserves.
• Stormwater investigation, repairs, installation, and subsoil drainage.
• Concrete, footpaths, driveways, kerbs, concrete patching, concrete grinding.
• Pavement, pothole repairs, new pavements.
• Road furniture and signage replacement and installation.
• Traffic management.
• Project management/site management of minor civil works.
• Hire of various plant & operators.
