Each year, Council conducts a Community Satisfaction Survey to gauge feedback from the community on how Council is performing though a series of questions aimed around the services Council provides. 

It is an opportunity for the community to provide feedback on the things which matter to them, by letting us know what we are doing well, and what we could be doing better.

After feedback from 2018, the previous survey structure and scoring system were reviewed and this year we developed a format which allows respondents to provide more detailed responses which will indicate what they value as most important.

Market research agency, Colmar Brunton has been commissioned to undertake the survey which will be conducted through a combination of phone and online responses.
